She specializes in working with medical professionals, which takes her back to her first love, medicine, where she trained through nursing school.
Katrinka has consistently ranked among the top 1% of mortgage bankers nationwide, hitting this achievement in only her 2nd year originating and every year since 2019. In addition to Katrinka’s Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist (CMPS) and Certified Mortgage Advisor (CMA) designations, she is also co-creator of Women of NEO (WON), a women’s empowerment and growth group at her company.
Licensed in 49 states, this requires a wide breadth of knowledge of all programs in specific states as well as incredible program offerings. Guidelines and execution are key to lending across the nation. In addition, deep relationships outside of her home state of Utah are primary to her success.
Katrinka lives in Highland, Utah, with her husband, Craig, their four beautiful daughters, Madison, Jessica, Alexys, and Grace, and their crazy dogs, Charlie and Milo.
Katrinka is very proud of her girls! Madison is married to Andrew, twins Jessica & Alexys are in college, and Grace is a high school senior.
You can usually find Katrinka spending her free time hiking the local trails, fishing, e-biking, or hammocking. Katrinka loves to puzzle, read, and do just about anything in nature.
