As Chief Strategic Officer at NJ Lenders Corp., Steve plays a pivotal role in managing the company's 100+ member sales team, spearheading recruitment efforts, and guiding all aspects of NJ Lenders’ operations. He is a driving factor behind NJ Lenders Corp's growth and success.

As an originator, Steve has closed over $3 billion in residential loans, assisted more than 7,800 families, and been recognized in the Top 1% of Originators every year since 2001.

A natural visionary and mentor, Steve offers a wealth of industry experience in marketing, origination, capital markets, and all facets of operations. Steve runs a capital market mastermind group with some of the top secondary professionals in the country at the National and Secondary Mortgage Bankers conferences while also participating as an active member of the Leadership 360 Performance Coaching program and the National and NJ MBA programs.

Steve is dedicated to advancing the industry and fostering professional growth. He serves as a board member for Lenders One, Own Up, and the Greater Bergen Realtor Association Foundation. He is also a trustee for Youth Consultation Services and a member of the Community Home Lenders of America (CHLA).

Before his storied career, Steve earned his BA, BBA, and MBA at The George Washington University School of Business in Washington, DC.

Outside of the professional arena, Steve is a proud husband and father of two adult children. He also enjoys deep-sea fishing, golfing, tennis, skiing, and spending time behind the grill and in the kitchen.
